When you unroll your new rug, you may notice some creases and bunching in the pile and around the corners. These will typically flatten within 2-3 weeks as you use the rug. To aid in this process, consider the following tips:

• Back Rolling: Roll the rug out, then roll it back up in reverse with the backside up. Let it sit in this position for a day or two until it flattens.
• Heavy Objects: Place heavy furniture or objects on the affected areas for a day or two to help flatten them out.
• Heat: Use sunlight to help flatten the rug by laying it on a clear concrete area in sunny conditions.
• Blow Dryer: If sunlight is not available, use a hairdryer to heat up the creases, holding it at a safe distance to avoid damaging the rug.
